Happy Valentines Day (a day late)

I'm a day late - sorry....  Happy Valentines Day to you all!  
I'm not a day late, I'm simply sharing the love for another day!  Maybe?  
Every year I make Valentine's for the kids to give out to their classmates, this year they wanted store bought, ugg.   So, since I was running out of time... I said ok.  (I still can't believe I bought them...)
I did, however, make Valentine's for the teachers!

Paper:  Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White

Ink: Chocolate Chip

Other:  Heart punch, Stampin' Dimensionals

Very simple design, but the kids tell me the teachers LOVED the cards - after all, that's what counts!

Thank you cards

Sometimes I think we take "Thank-Yous" for granted... We say it in passing or quickly in an e-mail.  To me, there is no better way to say Thank-you than a card (hand made of course!)


This "thank you" is a more than a little late - but I figure like the saying goes, better late than never, right?

This design was inspired from a class I took at Sue's last year.  She has such fabulous cards -  her's usually have more sparkle and glitter than mine...  

Birthday Card for a girly 8 year old

I love making cards!   Doesn't matter what kind, I'm not picky


Here is a birthday card that will be given away this weekend -- very simple and plain...

Stamps: SU Crazy for Cupcakes
Paper:  SU Real Red, Whisper White, Black  & Celebrations DSP
Other: SU Markers, SU Crystal Effects


Then at the last minute, I decided that it was to plain and simple, not girly enough for the party.   I took the same design, changed the colours and this is what I came up with.  (sorry about the lighting... its amazing how fast the light changes)
